Consumer Rights and Conditions

1. Changes made after order has been made

No changes can be made to the order within 3 days before the delivery date. If you make changes to your order, there is a 250 TL admin fee. After creating your order, it is assumed that you are satisfied with all prices and products ordered. However, if you want to add extras to the order, it is subject to stock and availability. Please make sure of the cake size, design and date before confirming. Thank you for your understanding.

2. Buyer's Obligation to Check the Product

We aim to provide as much detail and assistance as possible regarding the best storage for your order. We accept no liability for damage to the cake after it has been received by our customer. Our cakes can begin to lose their shape within 1.5 hours at room temperature. We accept no liability for damage to the cake after the cake have been received

3. Design

Since all cakes are handmade, none of them have the same design or standard. The tones may always vary slightly.

4. Order Returns

Any cancellation or non-payment will result in your order being cancelled. If you cancel a purchase you made through the online store, we will refund you with a 500 TL transaction fee deducted (If at least 3 days of notice and notification is made and the product has not yet been made). All cancellations or changes must be in writing. If you cancel your reservation within 3 days of the pick-up or delivery date, unfortunately the entire payment amount will be waived.

5. Courier Delivery Conditions

Deliveries are made between 11.00 - 16.00.

If you want to have your cake delivered to a venue, make sure to make a reservation with the venue and make sure they will keep your cake in the fridge to prevent it from melting (The cake can last a maximum of 1.5 hours at room temperature).

Make sure you are at home between 11:00 and 16:00 to deliver to your door, if you are not at home, the courier may leave it in front of your door and mark it as delivered. The cake can remain at room temperature for a maximum of 1.5 hours.

6. Delivery Conditions

You can pick up your cakes from our cafe at any time between 10:00 - 20:00. In case of late pick-up, unfortunately due to our working hours we do not wait and we cannot leave it to another place or shop due to disturbing our other neighboring shops. We will keep your cake until the next day.

7. Order Returns

Siparişinizden %100 mutlu olmanızı istiyoruz! ancak tasarım, renk tonu veya genel dekorasyondan memnuniyetsizlik nedeniyle talep edilen iadeler kabul edilmeyecektir. Ransserie'yi tercih ettiğiniz için mutluyuz. Tarzımızı seviyorsunuz. Mesleki deneyimimize/görüşlerimize ve büyük itibarımıza güveniyorsunuz. Pastanızın lezzet kalitesinden memnun kalmadığınız ve para iadesi talep ettiğiniz durumda bu durum Personelimizin ve şefimizle değerlendirilecektir. Bu durumlarda Pastanın teslim alınmasından sonraki 1 gün içerisinde tesisimize iade edilmesi gerekmektedir.

Maalesef tüketilen pasta/tatlı ürünü için iade yapamıyoruz.

Teslim almadan memnun değilseniz, çözüm bulma şansımız her zaman yüksektir.
